1. Agreement

By participating in the Poetic Communication Self-Development Program (referred to as "Program"), provided by Keisha Harrison Inspires, you (the "Client") agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Program Details

Keisha Harrison Inspires will deliver the "Poetic Communication Self-Development Program" as described. The Client agrees to follow all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for the Program will be communicated separately and are subject to change. If opting for a payment plan, the Client agrees to pay the entire amount as outlined in the plan. This Program is non-refundable.

4. Individual Use

The Program is for the Client's personal use only and cannot be shared with others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Program is the property of Keisha Harrison Inspires or its affiliates. Clients may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without explicit permission.

6. Accounts and Confidentiality

Clients must create an account to access the Program. Account details must be kept confidential. Keisha Harrison Inspires is not responsible for any loss resulting from the sharing of account information.

7. Termination

Keisha Harrison Inspires reserves the right to terminate access to the Program at any time. If the Client's account is terminated, all pending services and payments will be cancelled.

8. Communication and Conduct

Clients must use respectful language and conduct in all communications. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of access to the Program.

9. Changes to Terms

Keisha Harrison Inspires may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

11. How We Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)

  • 11.2.2 Process your payment for the Services; and
